Standardized, consistent data assets provide better analytics and data-driven results.
Important data that an organization runs its business on is often collected manually, via OCR, or from multiple sources. This almost always results in an inconsistent, hard to manage mess of data. This scenario makes it very difficult to perform analytics, use the data to unearth opportunities, communicate coherently with customers, obtain accurate corporate metrics, or capitalize on other data-driven strategic opportunities. In fact, simple reporting can be susbtantially inaccurate if data is inconsistently represented within a database.
For example, the following are all permutations of "General Electric" that might be found in an organization's data tables.
"GE", "Gen Electric", "General Electric", "GE Appliances", "GE.COM", "GENERAL ELECTIC INC", "G.E.", "Generel Elec", "ge inc.", "General Electric Company", "GE Finance"..
In fact, we've worked with databases that have hundreds of permutations of the same company names across millions of records. This is not only unwieldy, it can also be dangerous when trying to get accurate views of your business using these unnormalized data assets.
We can help you solve these issues and help ensure you are working with consistent, clean, normalized data.
Two ways we can do this:
Our online tools that connect to any Cloud database, as well as CSV files accessible with a URL: https://connect.interzoid.com
Or, if you want to stay focused on your core business, then simply provide us with a data file, dataset, sample subset, or whatever makes sense (high volumes are fine). We will turn it around with a report showing you various data quality and data usability exceptions that we discover. It will either help you rest assured that your data assets are of a high data quality, or else indicate that you have issues that likely need to be resolved. This will give us an opportunity to prove what we can do for you and your important data.
If you'd like to chat more or discuss a sample dataset and how to provide it securely, email us at support@interzoid.com to set up a time. If the data is not sensitive, feel free to send as an attachment and it will be processed ASAP and returned. We will contact you if there are questions. We will sign any necessary data NDA's.
